If transportation is included on a child’s IEP, can a district require the child’s parent to provide the transportation? Can a parent provide transportation (as indicated on an IEP) to other children?
When is special education transportation required to be provided to children with disabilities?
If a district does not provide regular transportation services, are they required to provide special education transportation services to children with disabilities?
If a child with a disability has been suspended from the bus, must the district continue to provide transportation services?
A student living in District A options into District B. Later, the child’s parents, who reside in District A move to District C.

What are the procedures the parents must follow in order to maintain the option enrollment status in District B? Which district is responsible for the provision of transportation services which are included on the student’s IEP?
If a district purchased a vehicle to transport a student with disabilities and the next year that student moved and therefore the need is not there- Can the district use that vehicle for other purposes or does the vehicle have to sit idle?
