This session equips leaders with a clear, actionable understanding of Rule 3 requirements and the essential components of a HAL Plan. HAL Coordinators or District Administrator(s) will map out each stage of the journey from foundational definitions to future-focused evaluation to ensure their district’s plan supports equitable identification and Rule 3 Compliance. Sheyanne Smith from the Nebraska Department of Education will join us on our journey!"
