  to support connection and community\nbuilding in schools and establish st
 ructures to repair harm. When implemented systematically\,\nthis approach 
 has been found to reduce violence\, unwanted behavior and bullying\, and t
 o\nincrease restoration of relationships. When implemented within a multi-
 tiered structure\, like\nMTSS\, it significantly improves school culture a
 nd decreases the use of exclusionary discipline\npractices. Participants w
 ill discover the theories behind Restorative Practices\, identify critical
 \nfeatures and how they align with MTSS\, and leave with foundational rest
 orative practice\nstrategies (prevention and community building) that can 
 be implemented immediately.\n\nThis immersive training series is three ful
 l-day trainings and three virtual two hour community of\npractice sessions
 . Attendance at all in-person and virtual community of practice dates are
 \nrequired.\n\nThis training is based on the Ali Hearn Coaching and Consul
