 nding this training.\n\nCPI training provides verbal and physical interven
 tion techniques to allow staff to recognize and address escalating behavio
 rs.  The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® program focuses on ways to avoid 
 the necessity to restrain students by understanding behavior\, learning to
  respond appropriately\, reinforcing prevention techniques\, and practicin
 g the principles of nonharmful physical intervention.  \n***Due to the phy
 sical demands of this course\, please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortab
 le clothing. \n\n$30 ~ NO SHOW/CANCELLATION FEE
