ESU #1: A Winning Team

It’s about time to kick off the 2008-2009 ESU #1 season! Meet your teammates for the All Staff Day Season Opener on August 8th at the Central Office arena in Wakefield. New Staff Day is scheduled for August 7th. Casual dress is permitted. The theme is sports teams, so feel free to dress accordingly.

The ESU #1 Book Club is a success!

Thanks to Administrative support and the many participants, the first year of the ESU #1 Book Club can be considered a great success and will continue for the 2008-2009 school year. Some of the book selections are pictured at the right.

If you are not currently participating in a book study and would like to, you will have the opportunity to join a group during the morning of All Staff Day, August 8th. If you have any questions or for more information, please contact Amy Hill at ahill@esu1.org.

Afraid you might not have the time to participate? Don’t worry - Book Club members are assigned to a group based upon their geographical location to assist in making meetings convenient and consideration is made to accommodate the schedules of each group’s members.

We hope that if you aren’t already participating in the ESU #1 Book Club, you will join us this fall!
