Early Childhood Special Education
The goal of the Early Childhood Special Education (ESCE) program is to provide appropriate comprehensive services to all children from birth to five years of age who are referred to ESU #1 and are verified as mentally handicapped, deaf/blind, hearing impaired, visually handicapped, multihandicapped, orthopedically impaired, learning disabled, speech-language impaired, behaviorally disordered, or other health impaired.
