Announcing Scholarships Available
for NeAEYC Conference
Child Care providers and Pre-K teachers will have priority in scholarship funding for
Registration and Mileage to the Lincoln/Nebraska City conference.
Due June 16th!
Apply by:

Filling out the conference registration form (Download the form HERE)
-
Writing a letter requesting scholarship assistance and the mileage estimate to attend.
-
Funds will be reimbursed following the conference with proof of attendance.

Purpose
The Purpose of the Northeast Nebraska Early Childhood Professional Development Partnerships is to develop and maintain professional development partnerships which support early childhood professional opportunities for early childhood teachers, caregivers and parents in inclusive home, centers and school based settings. This project is grant funded (annually) and funds are awarded to ESU #1 to assist in collaborative efforts to achieve high quality, affordable, accessible training for all those who work with young children and families. Professional partners are asked to participate annually with formal agreements.

Quarterly “Training News” Newsletter
Development and Distribution to 1400 Early
Childhood Professionals and community partners in the Northeast Region. Partners encouraged to post training offered and include upcoming training as part of professional development plans. Newsletter deadlines to post trainings:
- August 15 for Sept/Oct/Nov trainings
- November 15 for Dec/Jan/Feb trainings
- February 15 for Mar/April/May trainings
- May 15 for June/July/August trainings

Networking with Early Childhood Professioanal partnerships Coordinator, Susan Strahm to coordinate efforts and maintain communication and networking within region.
Goal 4: Promote professional development and program improvement
